After graduating from Georgia State University Law School in 1986, Mr. Henry clerked for Superior Court Judge Jack Gunter, Chief Judge of the Mountain Judicial Circuit. Mr. Henry then opened his law practice in Clarkesville, Georgia. Since that time Mr. Henry has practiced both civil and criminal litigation throughout Georgia, in both state and Judicial courts. In 1992, Mr. Henry was elected Chief Judge of the Habersham County Magistrate Court, where he served until 1998.
